This gut flora complex seems very effective. The 60 billion CFU count is much higher than what you find in standard grocery store brands, and I appreciate the addition of prebiotics. It has definitely helped stabilize my digestion. The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is that the capsules are quite large and can be a bit difficult to swallow if you don’t take them with a very large glass of water.
